Juiced Wine Group monthly tasting will be "Fruitcake in a Glass" with a Focus on wines with richness, intensity and with the characteristics of dried fruit. To make it even more interesting Juiced will be adding a side of chocolate letting you decide what your pairing preferences are. Tastings are limited to 20.

Aurora Bistro's Italian Slow Food Inspired Dinner-Featuring
Mission Hill's  SLC Wine Series-

Aurora Bistro Chef/Owner Jeff Van Geest is currently attending the 2006 Terra Madre – World Meeting of Food Communities. Van Geest was one of the 28 chefs selected to represent Canada's sustainable food culture at the Slow Food conference being held in Turin, Italy, from October 26th to 30th, 2006. After the conference, Van Geest will spend nine days touring Piedmont with a focus on food and wine education.

Upon his return, Van Geest will create a menu and present a 5 course Italian Slow Food inspired dinner based on his travels and experiences. The delectable dishes will be paired with the following Mission Hill Select Lot Collection of ultra-premium wines:
