What does your wine say about you?

You know you are different
,
your
palate special, but have you
ever
wondered why you prefer
Merlot over Malbec, Chardonnay
over Cabernet? Maybe it all
comes down to personality?

You are...

Chardonnay
You don't like change, are a perfectionist and insist on planning ahead. The good news is, your retirement investments are in good shape, the bad-the bottles you've been saving for your golden years may not be.

Pinot Gris
You are always on top of trends. You were the first to own a pair of skinny jeans and and already have one of this seasons must-have wide red belts. Friends look to you for Friday night's newest hot spot hangout.

Riesling
You appear to be laissez-faire. You could give a flying frog about what people think of you and like the fact that you are perceived to be avant-garde and somewhat eccentric. Secretly though, you long for approval-but only if it's on your own terms.

Gewurztraminer
Aren't you just a spicy little bit of lushness. You look as though butter wouldn't melt in your mouth but friends know there is more to you than just sweetness and flowers. You have a strong backbone, your  appearance belies the power lurking beneath. But you must also learn to control yourself, your indulgences can quickly make you flabby.

Sauvignon Blanc

You are vibrant, a quick wit and always have a snappy comeback. People are drawn to your humor and colourful personality but be careful, those snappy comebacks can often have an acidic bite.

Viognier
You are a sensual beast. You are fearless and others are magnetically drawn to your luscious charms, hanging on every word hoping for you to glance in their direction. But be aware of your audience-a jealous partner will rot even the most intriguing romance if left hanging too long.

Cabernet Sauvignon
You like the finer things in life. This is reflected in the car you drive, the watch you wear, your wardrobe and your sleek hair-style. You take pride in the fact that you settle for nothing but the best.

Merlot
You are a real softie. You are kind and giving, always making sure guests are comfortable. You are a bottle half-full person, just make sure you don't get stomped on by more astringent personalities.

Pinot Noir
You are introspective, intelligent and philosophical which can sometimes be construed as snobbery. What people don't realize is that you actually have a very thin skin and must be handled with kid gloves because you are easily crushed by thoughtless actions.

Shiraz
You are a wild child. You crave adventure and are always looking for ways to spice-up your life. But you also have a secret side, an earthier more traditional side of your personality which is only seen by those intuitive people closest to you.

Zinfandel
You are an intriguing combination of youthful exuberance and traditional charm. An old soul reincarnated. You could dine with the Queen and make her giggle like a school-girl before heading off to the ball game for hot dogs and beer wine.

Champagne
You are a bon-vivant, the life of the party! Everyone wants to be invited to your bubbly events. You are not frivolous with money but do insist on spending your hard earned dollars on the things in life that make you happiest. Your mantra is, "Why wait for a special occasion"!
