Red
Quails' Gate Family Reserve Merlot, Okanagan Valley, 2004-
This top tier Family Reserve Merlot was just released for the fall and has lovely smoked plums, fresh berry, earth, coffee and toasted aromas. On the palate-dark fruit swimming in a pool of chocolate, and  sweet tobacco finishing with tight, chewy tannins. Cellar it for a while if you can or decant it before drinking.
