'Stickleback Red' Australia, 2003-(Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz,
		Grenache)
Wine Diva loves a good Aussie nose.
What I mean is jammy black berry fruit and sweet eucalyptus aromas which
I found in abundance in this wine along with pepper, choco-mocha and
spice. Smooth round and spicy is how the bottle label describes its
		contents. I agree!

Heggies Chardonnay, Eden Valley Australia, 2004-
Ripe tropical fruit notes creamy 'nut-butter' aromas, lush
mouth-feel, orange rind and  and hints of vanilla. No over-oaking
on this gem of a chard. And the cowboy/mescalero on the label says
'put me on the shelf Century, this wine was made for you'!
			$27.99

Hester Creek Semillon/Chardonnay Okanagan BC, 2003- An interesting
wine (about a 50/50 blend) with grassy/herbal aromas, toasted marshmallows,
mandarin, candied apples and pear. The wine starts out fairly light on your tongue then
gathers steam becoming quite rich and oily with sweet tropical fruit flavours.

Hillside Estate Riesling, Naramata BC, 2005- Ripe peaches,
			blossoms
and juicy Granny Smith apples supported by slate. An
invigorating spritz of grapefruit on the finish balances the soft sweetness of this wine. The best
of the whites from this Hillside vintage.

Hillside Estate 'Mosaic', Naramata BC, 2003-Mosaic is a pretty
proprietary name for a 'meritage blend' meaning a
			Bordeaux-style blend (72% merlot, 9% cabernet franc,
			6% cabernet sauvignon, 5% petit verdot, 5%malbec).
With the primary component being the softer, less tannic merlot you
can bet this gal will be a lush and approachable (no comments from
the peanut gallery please). Sweet cherry, spiced chocolate and earth
with hints of cedar and tobacco. A nicely  made blend with just a
			hint of bell pepper.
